Sir one thing In my jigl book it is written that the second reason that golaknath s gave was that power of legislature to amend laws is also a "law" so that constitutio amendm3nt act was also law within the purview of article 13(2). And what u said was that article 245 stated the procedure and it didnt grant power to the legislature Although both is a safe opinion but why is it that u didnt mentioned what they did and why is tht they didnt mentioned what u did????😬
