Please tell me when. Yes not all his lies and promises were necessary and he knows that looking back but those felt necessary at that time of the game for him. He didn’t want to break his promises with the people he built bonds with, but he recognized that his path to winning required him to go back on his word and backstab them to improve his position. That’s not personal that’s just doing what was necessary for him to win.
