It was probably the best star talk sports episode. It was inspiring , insightful and was a lot of fun.

I found this video discussion after the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and of course after a good deal of discussion about both the men's and the women's 400-meter hurdle races. Sydney McGlocken's win was very notable in that she specifically mentions changing her hurdle coach ahead of her Olympic training and switching to a 13-step hurdle approach. Dr. Moses also mentions the 13-step approach to the 400-meter hurdle race in this video discussion. I am interested in Dr. Moses' post-Olympic comments on Sydney's coaching change and his changing her approach to a 13-step approach as well as the men's race and the world record in that event (as well as the world record in the women's race).

@@user-ki4xw2rb8q he used the same left foot technique… everyone else but one went right first. If the American had ran left foot over first he’d of easily won… I think

Decided to follow up Chuck's contention that Ed's competitor gave him the finger. Clip from '76 Gold Medal run was too grainy to tell, and I didn't read anything about it happening.
