I went to this exact place and exact hole they went into around 2010..I had this episode copied on DVD and a portable dvd player so i could check for references like the boulder outside that cave and the fault line on the other side of the canyon. I dug in that cave for a day and didn't find a damn thing..Just looks like that gold they found was planted. See Perry reach into his shirt pocket right as the camera is turning away...Oh well...

Ha. I have also been to that exact spot. On the gold fever show Tom went to this spot also. Like you, I found the exact spot. At the top of "graduation hill" in the north end of Last Chance Canyon. Dug in the exact spot these guys did, too. I didn't get a speck. Hmmm ... Maybe I just classified all the big nuggets out. 🤠 Not.
