I've been planning to head over to the Missouri river and try my luck there. I've been out 4 times this season and no luck so far in the creeks here in Jefferson county. Have sluice will travel! Great video Kyle!

Found a spring in the Missouri River Valley at the base of the Loess Hills. Lots of gravel, sand, and small boulders/river rock. Really odd for this area. My son scooped some sand and rock. Sifted through it and found several tiny gold flakes. How is the best way to test it to positively ID if it's gold?

Come to North Dakota and try. Talk about a non gold bearing state. Give it a try! Would love to see you come up here and try????

My brother use to pan in ND. He said he found color all over but you'd pan everyday till doomsday to get enough money to buy lunch. I'm gonna try it. this summer just for something to do.

I have a 5 gallon bucket of quarts from the claim on Coker Creek. You make me want to crush it and pan it. Working on building a rock crusher.

Literally falling in the river for a phone call, thank God for waders. I enjoy your videos so don't think there is any such thing as tiny gold. Go ahead and suck up the flour gold and black sands in a separate snuffer. You'll find a way to recover that tiny flour gold some day.

It's really in the clay boss it'll be packed really tight if you dig deeper you should find a little paystreak of that fine stuffyou won't have to mess with the top scrape the top up shake the mud until it turns to a solution then it's in the mud I promise

Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha...... Really ? You have to live in a gold bearing state to find gold. Missouri ain't it.... I was raised in Missouri. Look for fossils or gems instead....
@jamesrand8654 жыл бұрын
Hi Dave. Kyle does look for fossils, arrowheads, agates and petrified wood. It's an amazing the variety of what has been carried to these parts by glaciers and eroded into the rivers and streams. If you look hard enough you can find topaz and diamonds too. Rare yes! Sometimes it's just about the fishin' not the fish.

I believe they are looking for gold washed out of the Black Hills, S. Dakota.
