It's sad that this Video only has 10 views. How do Ugandans expect to get out of poverty if they aren't even interested in or aware of such an important national discussion? Uganda, with it's vast gold reserves, will be very important in the BRICS bid to de-dollarize or decouple from the US Dollar. Sadly, the interviewer too, isn't knowledgeable enough to pose the right questions. But it's a start.
