It was a great year for film and the nominees were great too, I hate Chris' take so much. The Two Towers, The Hours. Chicago are all masterpieces, The Pianist is very close, and Gangs of New York has many masterful elements. Spirited Away, 9/11 (incredible documentary, with the only known footage of the first plane hitting the tower), Far From Heaven, Y Tu Mama Tambien, Adaptation, Catch Me If You Can, Minority Report, About A Boy, Solaris, Blissfully Yours, Punch Drunk Love, Bowling For Columbine, Daughter From Danang, Road to Perdition, Talk to Her...and plenty else to enjoy.
