That is so, so simple no egg wash required. Pay day is day after tomorrow going to give recipe a try. Thank You for posting. I may add creamy mashed potatoes and a colslaw salad.

Canola oil has a higher smoking point, thereby allowing it to get hotter for better browning.

I never cooked my kids pork chops, and that’s love.. I feed them healthy asf (I might make them some fried pork chops one day, I make yummy fried pork chops) been cooking forever 🇺🇸🇺🇸☺️☺️

I put like 10 seasonings all together into a big plastic container and season chicken and pork for months

I drain the oil with a strainer...used Canola and Vegetable oil (separate pans)

Dave, if there are not a lot of pieces of fried flour floating around, the best way to clean oil that has been used is by tossing in potatoes, preferably french fries, and cooking them up. Potatoes are yummy, flavored from those chops, and oil can be used again!

I think the first seasoning was cyenne pepper. I caught a glimpse of the bottle when she flashed it. Too fast I'm leaving too bad i thought this was going to bre a great site but she's too fast for us to catch everything.

Your grade is B+//reason being; you put the pork chops in the grease too soon! The grease wasn't hot enough. Nevertheless, the chops look deliciously good.
