50 yrs old been eating fried pork chops for as long as I can remember. I thought for a minute that my family was the only family that ate fried pork chops. I remember the saying back in the '80's, that pork won't taste good fried. Cause they're scared it would be too dry and tough. This way is the only way I would eat pork chops. It is the best taste you could get out of a pork chop!! Juicy and if you season and flour right, it's the best way to have a pork chop.

My mother in law parboiled them, then the dry self rising flour coating with seasonings and fryed in black iron pan with grease from the grease can on back of stove that had bacon fat in it. Good God ! And if there was left overs breakfast was pork chop between Sunbeam bread. Heaven !!!!

Hey Charlie I Marinate My Pork Chops In Apple Cider Vinegar & I Season Them With Lowry's Seasoning Salt With Pepper Overnight I Take My Chops. Out Of Fridge 30 Minutes To Take The Chill Off Them Before I Fry Them I Use Canola Oil When I Fry Them. Then Flour & Fry Chops It Makes. A Pretty & Brown Crust & Very Tasty & Seasoned Pork Chop Too.Serve With Pinto Beans & Rice DELICIOUS!!
