Band broke up in 2021....George was diagnosed with Lou Gehrig disease. ALS....he's in a wheelchair now, can no longer play. He could really play, never got the credit. Thanks George and guys for everything...

ALS is one of those horrible diseases that I wish could be cured.....two classmates from high school died of ALS before they turned 40. It just strips you of everything....piece by piece.

There are bass lines that are very repetitive. Some are a real pain to have to play, like Thorogood's Bad to the Bone. Not this one!!!!!!!!!!!! What a groove with the drummer!

It's sad the group had to finally pack it in; however, they were great. For many in the US they were a one-hit wonder because the only song we really heard about via the radio and MTV was "Twilight Zone". In reality, they were around for longer than the Rolling Stones and are the greatest Dutch rock band of all time.

Thinking of George, and the rest of the band. My aunt contracted ALS and it appeared so suddenly. Such a brilliant player and band, One of my favorite bands after a friend in Germany sent me a tape of their music in the early '80s. Hooked ever after. They were on my bucket list to go see them play in Holland, but a health problem put a stop to that. So fulfill your bucket list whenever you can, you just never know what is around the corner. Golden earring will go on for ever. Thank you guys for such great music.

I have been listening to this song since the 80's in my 30's. OMFG! Still kicking the SHIT out of this song. How wonderful. Not the same energy, but much more sophisticated in the composition which more than compensates; a much smoother and more mature performance. Still hard hitting. Love you guys.
