Tax debt is never an easy thing in court. Even false swearing to a 1040 can bring 5 years in jail. I don't know how he structured his firm but unfortunately if he did have claim on his 71 million dollars its far more complex than a corner ethnic store like this. He needed to have professional tax counseling.

So basically he will recover his 25,000 lost fee. It didn’t really cost him anything to begin with. So as to your comment better than nothing. No it is nothing that he received. Why didn’t he just give him the $25,000 in cash and see if the guy could start a hot dog cart or food truck. He then could make more than minimum and eventually open a restaurant of his own.

It could be because close contact of some jamaican people to spanish speakers, in spanish "embrazar" it's an archaism that means "to hug" and it's almost identical, and the modern word "abrazar"; it happens the same with mexican people that live closer to the north, they use words or forms of the spanish language that are not the usual way of saying it in spanish but are closer to the english way of saying it.

I am watching this in Paris, August 2020. The food looks so delicious, and I love the CEO's warmth and vision. I was intrigued to look up the company on the internet, even to see maybe if they deliver internationally. I was incredibly saddened by the news.

Very Inspiring story. Family, please stick together do not tear each other down. Some big sisters and brothers are envious of the little ones. They make lots of mistakes and they do not want to see you climb the success ladder.
