I remember my first adventure with Isaac and the crew.. That childhood of mine changed in so many perspectives thinking Psynergy was a thing, so I trained and worked hard to achieve it.. all I got was pain and agony knowing it wasn't an achievable goal to make reality! 😭😭😭

@@turbo6328 For me it was FF4 and FF6 that reign supreme, followed shortly by Chrono Trigger, but I am no less biased. GS is a solid series, and if I'd played it first, it could possibly have ended up becoming my favourite instead.

Golden Sun and the Lost Age sparked my interest and inspiration for roleplaying, story writing, and conversing with others. I was one of the staple members of Golden Sun Realm forums for nearly 10 years, there until it's bitter closure. Your comment really resonated with me because I've always felt that older video game music has so much potential, and every time I do an arrangement, I try to unlock the potential of the original track rather than adding new stuff to it. I recently built a home theater sound system. When I was listening to 0rangstang's remixes while on a long trip, this one came to play. I knew I just had to try it out in the theatre with it's full range audio fidelity and... I was not disappointed. The low end and the highs dance with the mids and creates a melody unlike which I've ever heard before from a remixed song from my most favorite video game series of all time.

Man, I know you're not planning on doing any more covers of Golden Sun (and I've read through the comments and I get why) but oh boy, in an alternate reality where you were mesmerized by the entire soundtrack and wanted to do it justice as well, your rendition for songs like Venus Lighthouse and Set Sail through the Karagol Sea would be some of the best things I've ever listened to in my whole life.

Malcolm Robinson Music - I can't agree with this statement more. There aren't a whole lot of songs that contain enough heart, soul and feeling to move me close to tears but my initial discovery of your Final Fantasy IV boss theme and fiend theme covers have done just that. I've just about listened to everything in your channel at least once and I feel you have even outdone the original compositions in some. I would donate if there was an option but I'm not seeing one. For now, at least, thank you so much for your very abundant love of music, attention to detail and great taste in lesser known games such as E.V.O. and Crystalis. +1 sub and I'll be passing this channel on to my friends and family.

Thanks! That means a lot to me. I stopped uploading compositions in 2015 to focus more on covers, but I've continued to compose my own music. The style of music that I'm composing nowadays is much closer to traditional video game music than the "epic" style that I was going for originally. I'm not sure when I'll start uploading them again, but it might be a couple years from now.

Oh wow. Now here is a track that had an inch of dust collect before someone blew it off. Very nice indeed. I do not remember much from the series, except there was a moment in the second game (After the werewolves I think) where I had absolutely no idea where to go or what to do. Plus there were only three tracks I remember, the opening theme, again, the werewolf villiage, and final boss fight.
