This practice of the Golden Tara of Auspicious Interdependence-Tashi Donche in Tibetan ("She Who Makes Things Auspicious")-comes from the Nyingma lineage of Tibetan Buddhism and is used to strengthen our connection to our basic goodness while also stimulating everything positive and establishing a greater sense of balance.
Combining Tara's visualised form with her root mantra (OM TARE TUTTARE TURE SOHA) and wisdom, we are tapping into an inherent sense of wellbeing.
