I read about it on facebook and even saw video on youtube and read description there too and found to be so good but as my whole family is not buddhist no proper altar not even buddha image in my house I can simply chant for that I have a bead/Mala

I was doing your meditation and it was lovely but you have the ads going every 10 minutes! The first time, I thought it was a mistake but then the second time, it’s kind of hard to meditate when you have to skip an ad every 10 minutes ☹️
