Your body expels lactic acid through the urinary tract. So if you periodically piss yourself on the route, you can reduce the pump significantly. At least that’s how I do it 🤷🏻‍♂️

Looks like most of the footage was recorded in LogC color and never converted to rec709 - cameras shoot in a compressed color space to redistribute color data from the less-noticeable mid-tones to the lighter and darker tones, then you apply the "Lut" in post-production to bring the colors back - there's tutorials on KZbin on how to do this in Davinci Resolve, which is a free download, or usually the editing software can do it too
