Oh. My. God. How can I be so incredibly stupid?! I have watched the whole series of GoT 3 times, and Outlander 2 times and never have I EVER realized that Tobias plays Edmure Tully 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Jesus christ... And now I realized that Edmure's uncle Blackfish's actor in GoT played Black Jack's love interests grand father in Outlander.

I feel like the show has lost a huge chunk of its talent with Tobias being gone. His Frank was amazing in his reserved nature, and in his Black Jack I feel that menace is what made Jamie and Claire, or specifically Jamie more interesting. Easily the two leads should have been Tobias and Sam. Their Wentworth Prison scenes were a masterclass in acting and should be studied by actors and actresses. Jack was the belly of the piece. The show is a little paler without him.

Yes! I'm like who is this Tobias? And where has he been hiding? Lol I felt terrible that I found Black Jack fascinating. That I wasnt on the Jamie bandwagon. Black Jack was a terrible person but Tobias played him so well I couldnt help but get excited everytime he came into the story. And Frank, my heart went out to him. I was told that in the books he wasn't very likable at all but I haven't read the books. Judging by this show Frank deserved better than he got.
