What determines moving the DS or Libero in the middle back in the box? Rather than having the Libero play out of just one of the two positions always?

Hi.. what is the Distance of the box from the back line?

the center of it is 20 feet. when it comes to serves/attacks majority of balls fall at 18-22 feet so being in the middle is a good place to be.
