jo s id rather pay $60 for a taxed 1/8th thats tested than risk getting pesticide covered weed, it’s difficult to grow organic , you get pests and other plant diseases so the best easiest way to grow is with pesticides which are common in 70% of California weed.

@@satixaxr4385 They still allow pesticides to be sprayed on cannabis plants in the Legal market and Legal stores as well. If anything legal weed has made the quality go to shit and all the weed is old unless I pay 40-50 an eighth in Washington state. Its legal to use pesticides in California, Oregon, Washington, and Colorado. I've worked in the industry and I have seen testing facilities lie and make up test results to make stores and the grows happy. Its a lot of bullshit and money grabbing and just greed. Every state that has legal weed has pesticides on 80-90% of the weed they sell whether it says it or not. Outdoor grows use lots of pesticides in order to grow more and be guaranteed a better harvest that's not ridden with pests. Almost all outdoor weed in California has pesticides LEGAL OR NOT! Keep buying local and fresh or just grow your own if your worried for pesticides. You only know, what you grow! Last time I went to the store they gave me a $40 eighth filled with seed and everything else really isn't fresh. Even when you pay 60 an eighth you can get some 5-6 month old weed sprayed with pesticides and then they lie when it was harvested and tell the store and everyone its fresh and Also they put 34% THC test result on garbage trim that has less than 3% THC. $60 an eighth is a damn big rip off. quit smoking if you pay those prices.

They are trying to run a business but the city picks and chooses who gets permits The whole system is broken I understand if they lost their city permits because they sold to children or their near schools or residence then they should be out of business but the city is selling the permits at $15,000 to start everybody wants to get into the business now

Get rid of some of the legal hurdles, lower the taxes. Make stricter testing guidelines. The last thing we need to do is drive it back underground. This hurts the legal people who go out of their way to follow the rules.

how about approaching these companys and getting them on the right path... its nutz how we have the ablity to create a safe enviroment and stable work in a renuable resource feild, with major medical benifits. have them goto the legal side.. thats it. and the bigest thing the goverment has to stop thinking everything is a cash cow for the coffers. the only problem i have had with this aporoach to legaslizaton is the ignorance of not streamlinin the system that was in place for decades. just weed out the rif raff and the major players in the hardcore game to the hippies and the horticulturists that made sure we got what was needed for our symptoms or to socilize. not all of us are into being drunkards, and with my exoperince that hot headedness yall have down there may be alleavied by a toot or two, stay safe america!
