I totally agree with you about the quality of Gold Top gloves. I now have two pairs. I have one pair of merino Wool lined “Cruiser” gloves for colder rides. My other pair are the armoured “Viceroy” style. They are great value for money and their service is excellent.

I love my Goldtop retro gloves as you say the quality is very high. I bought mine after a review by Stuart Gillingham and haven't been disappointed. Great gloves.

Would you say the GoldTop gloves run large? I am between the M and L in size (~8.5 in circumference) and not sure which size to get (I am in the US so not able to try them on). How well does the leather stretch over time? I generally like them snug to start as leather stretches.

That's what happened when I ordered mine. If you message them they will let you know when they are likely to be back in stock. They are on the smaller size though watch the sizing

I enjoyed and appreciate your review of the Gold Top Predator. I've researched Retro styled gloves for weeks and this Cafe Racer addition really fancies my eye and checks all the boxes. A modern, much safer glove that still retains the retro feel. However, not being from the UK and having a trained ear for your English accent, why did you move up two glove sizes? According to Goldtop sizing chart, my hand measurement is the same as with most other glove. Do these gloves run true or small? Seems like if your hand is truly two sizes smaller, your finger length would not correctly fit the bigger size?

Hi Doug personally I think they run a bit small. I also have larger hands and like a bit of movement in the glove 👍
