Sehr entspannendes Video. Auf den Tiguan Fahrer bei 4:28 wäre ich gar nicht böse, der war ja selber mit 180-190 schon flott unterwegs und ordnungsgemäß auf der rechten Spur, das er den langsamen Anhänger überholen wollte und vielleicht nicht damit gerechnet hat, dass ein Golf mit 280 angeflogen kommt ist verständlich. Zumal der Tiguan wenn er gebremst hätte wieder ein halbes Jahrzehnt im Vergleich zum TCR gebraucht hätte um seine Geschwindigkeit wieder zu erreichen :D

Kinda true, but you also must see that people don't expect you to come flying at 260 kph on a 2-lane section. Yes, it is legal, but it's also unnecessary and dangerous because people will overtake trucks and misjudge your speed. Beyond that it can't be fun having to brake every 20s because there's no third lane.

@@Hinterhof-qx5ql agree with all of that! But I do not live in Germany and the nearest by autobahn is the 31 to Emden and that’s a 2-lane all the way I believe. Also a thing to take in consideration is the fact to ALWAYS be aware of people changing lanes… in the situation you adres I have already spotted the lane changing vehicle hundreds of meters before, and calmly approached it with ease and control because I know I have plenty of brake power with the upgraded 6pot Porsche big brake kit! In the end… it’s all about knowing your car’s limit and look far ahead of any possible dangerous situation like clusters of cars that might overtake each other! I’m an experienced high speed driver who also likes hitting the brakes😉

um no. Legally, it's like this: He is allowed to change to the left lane to overtake the truck. The distance to the vehicle approaching from behind is large enough. The fact that the approaching vehicle still has to brake is only because it was traveling far above the recommended speed (130kmh). The only mistake that was made is that the driver did not signal after overtaking. After overtaking, he was also a little long on the left for my taste, but this can still pass under restoration of the safe distance to the truck. In addition, if you drive above the recommended speed, you must always expect to be partially at fault in the event of an accident.

I really like what you've done to your car. The sound is nice but not too crazy. Unfortunately im in Frankfurt and I can't do OPF delete. Most probably will replace stock cat with 200cell, and do MSD trap. HJS is just very expensive. Once warranty is over in 10 months, I will tune the car to have more burble across the RPM range, and maybe a small bump in power, but nothing crazy. Hopefully will throw inlet/outlet and air intake at the same time. One question, have you enabled fart sound in normal driving mods, while upshifting? It's only in S mode stock. This is something I'm interested to do when I tune mine.

Hi Bro!! Thanks for the nice comment! The car is a project of mine to become the ultimate GTI as a daily and track tool. I have fitted the carbon APR air intake and a Racingline bigger turbo inlet elbow and the OPF have been deleted voor better gassflow. To add extra stopping power the car has fitted 380mm discs and Brembo 6 pot big brake calipers at the front and 352mm bigger discs at the rear and the sticky Michelin pilot sport cup 2 N0! Also the car sits on Eibach pro kit lowering springs which next year will be replaced with the world leading KW DCC suspension! As for the engine software tuning it has been done by VAG techniek. Also the DSG has been tuned. The DSG farts are only present in sport mode at around 3000rpm to keep the car pleasant for daily uses. But that’s personal taste of course;)

Nice bro, I have done an OPF delete, APR carbon cold air intake with bigger inlet elbow to the turbo. And have a stage 2 remap with around 419HP on DYNO! Next month I will instal a Miltek dp with 200cell racekat. This wil gain even more power! Probably +/- 430hp and 550Nm!

No, Brembo 6 pot calipers and 375mm drilled and vented discs at the front (Porsche Panamera spec), and 356mm drilled and slotted discs at the rear. ceramic brake pads all around. insane stopping power!! brake power at 1:08 is at 60/70% --> 200-100 in about 3 seconds

Damn how people drive on that autobahn. There is a problem in mindset, how everyone should know how to drive a car, and have ability to drive on highway. That's why this dude in Golf almost had a crash, when some "professional driver" cut in from of him at 4:33 because he is driving like this is country road or city driving. There is no sanction for that kind of dangerous behavior! Just like people who like to drink alcohol but that doesn't prevent them to own a driving licence, another problem is people with various diseases which are manifested through different seizures. Is it normal that people who have epileptic seizures get driving licence? And everyone pass that medical examination before obtaining driving licence!? There is no criteria whatsoever, and then are people "amazed" when something like this occur. The problem is this kind of deviation is become everyday.

Du wolltest deinen wenn überhaupt 1 Tag geleasten Golf GTI zeigen, was du drauf hast und riskierst mit deiner rücksichtslosen Fahrweise dein Leben, und das anderer! Solche Leute wie du gehören aus dem Verkehr gezogen! Schnelles fahren und Sound ballern finde ich ja auch geil, aber das hier ist rücksichtsloses fahren. Stell dir mal vor, du kommst mit 240 Sachen und jemand ohne zu schauen zieht dir auf die Spur. Manchmal ist es dann sogar sehr knapp geworden. Die anderen so hart zu dominieren dir Platz zu machen also ne sowas gehört weg von der Straße!!!

It is the sound of heat building up as the brakepads get pushed hard into the discs! It’s just a mechanical sound that is perfectly fine and normal under hard braking!! Every car and brake kit does this in a certain way!

Are you a GTI driver?? As far as I know.. all cars have this sound when braking hard at high speeds! It’s the heat building up! I hear these noises in a lot of cars / performance cars! It is absolutely normal. Fun fact: I have fitted brembo (porsche) 6 pot big brakes with 380mm discs at the front and 356mm at the rear!! All porsches with steel discs have this sound😉 so tell me what car you drive that doesn’t make this noice when braking in 3-4 sec from 200-100!
