FYI, putting this on a E-Z-GO Be very careful going really fast. I put it on a neighbor's cart and over 42 it started to get death wobble because of how the front is mounted on semi-eliptical springs. On my Club Car even at a speed starting with a 5.....it's still stable

Please tell me more about the front disc brake kit, do you have a video on them?

@@Thairockshop the kit I used is the Jakes hydraulic disk brake kit. Installation is a bit time consuming but not difficult. You just have to make sure you’re using compatible Jakes spindles.

I help a friend of mine do Lithium upgrades on golf carts-hope you don’t have issues with the Evo batteries-we did 10-12 upgrades with the Evo’s and had problems with over 50% including one battery catching on fire during charging. We have since gone away from Evo due to inconsistent quality and they stopped answering the phone and emails about covering the cost of a battery under warranty causing fire damage to the customers cart. Evo is currently being sued for ,in short, shoddy business practices including using second hand cells in their batteries-hope you have a better experience

Dang that not good to hear. So far I haven’t had any issues but I’ll definitely pay attention to that. They are/were connected to bigbattery.com so I wonder if they have the same issues?

Great video. Looking forward to the build. What kind of range do you expect with this setup?

Thank you! I’m not too sure yet since this is my first 72v cart. I’m hoping for 30+ miles but it will heavily depend on how fast it’s driven. At 20mph I would expect upwards of 50 miles

I have an 48v ezgo txt with the Navitas 5kw kit as well. I want to convert to lithium 72v. What solenoid would you recommend for that setup?

I love how you took the bolts out and put the eyelets in and didn’t use them….
