Spot on Liam, first played Balcomie as a 10-year-old 50 years ago and go back to play their Senior Open every year. Still my favourite course anywhere. One new hole added and one removed over that time but if you didn’t know that you would never guess 👍

I have visited Fife every two or three years since 1998 and never go there without playing Crail. Liam enthusiasm is well justified, it is great. Lots of challenge, a little short, par 69, but well worth the effort to get here and play it. Liam had a great weather day for the edge of Scotland, can be rough and windy, but never, never, never a bad time at Crail.

Played Crail two weeks ago not as well as you! but what a course. Absorbing challenging and fun. We also stayed in the fisherman’s cottage you filmed below the 15th Green. Imagine 30 paces from the sea and driving across the course to get there. Whole place was special special.

Live in Japan but went to Scotland to play some golf about 11 years ago. Stayed in Crail for 3 days and played Balcommie links twice and the new 18 once. Then I went and played St. Andrews. Crail will always be the standout from that trip. If I could I would play there everyday.

I want to come to Crail. As an expat Scot I really enjoy your love of Scottish courses. I think I commented after your visit to Duff House Royal It's many years since I last played at Crail, in the mid 1970s with my late Mum and Dad, and I'm coming back to Scotland from Brisbane in Australia to see family (at St Monans just along the road from Balcomie) and I have promised my son a round at Crail. Family legend has it that my Grandfather was club steward at Balcomie! Keep up the awesome work Liam.

Liam, just out of curiosity, how long have you been playing/playing regular golf? Since the early vids both you & Ste have improved tenfold & the handicap proves this. Also is there a Golf Mates group where you can find local golf mates in your local area? With work etc i often end up playing solo- if the course allows a one ball but wondered if this is something in place/planned? Cheers 🏌️
