Golfsuites to Pay Onefire $5 Million

OKMULKE, Oklv. - As previously reported, April 23, 2024, An Order for Eviction was served on Golfsuites Tulsa LLC by the Muscogee (Creek) Nation District Court. This action was the result of a civil lawsuit filed by Onefire Holding company LLC for failure to pay rent on the Riverwalk Crossing property.
On July 12, 2024, a trial date for damages was scheduled for September 6. According to court documents obtained by Mvskoke Media, Golfsuites agreed to a Consent Judgment on September 3.
The order requires Golfsuites to pay Onefire Holding Company $5,089,988.17 in rent charges. Golfsuites will also pay Onefire Holding Company $64,100.25 in attorneys fees.
In addition to these amounts, Golfsuites must also pay Onefire Holding Company $1,022.59 for services provided by Wright's Heat Air &Refrigeration, Inc. based on a Mechanics' and Materialmen's Lien.
