My God, that’s better than restaurant quality. One thing I love about your channel, I always find something new to add to the dish. I have an aversion to star anise except for sweet dishes. This version looks super delicious. More garlic, banana blossoms & star anise. Even adding water more water which I’ve never done before but now it makes sense. Thanks Goma. Whenever mom visits me she likes to make for herself paksiw but she makes it with fish, or salmon. I will try to make this for her, your version, it looks and sounds delish! My mom is from Bohol , and my late dad was from Leyte. I remember my parents like to make paksiw occasionally. This version sounds realy great! I will have to look for liver sauce in the filipino grocery here in Seattle (Seafood City).
