Gong how to play #6

This basic gong-playing exercise offers an organic access to the idea of authentic mindful gong playing. II will try to describe the moment of the beginning of the beginning of the beginning of any gong playing - from the perspective of the integral sound work,
It's about activating the various levels of awareness, that can be, that could be a part of any gong-playing; rather then playing from a mind space, or the average unaware space of a dumb dead frozen body, moving into the resonating vibrating space of a happy, healthy, sensitive body, which will make your personal gong playing much more fun and allow happiness to be a part of your playing and presentation feel.
This basic protocol of the integral gong playing is a lesson
about having some great exciting fun with your body while swinging the mallet around. It is about transforming the concept of gravity pull into gravity swing.
I am looking so much forward to meet you again in the real life and play some great joyful soundmusic together with you.
But till, we keep on practising, and learning and upskilling.
