Mit verschiedenen Gongreibern (Reiber mit flexiblem Plastik- bzw. Gummistiel und mit Holzstiel. Jeweils unterschiedliche Größen).
Verschiedene Schlägel/Klöppel.

In german it's called "Gongreiber". Gong rubber should be the word in english. Also i used normal Gong mallets and Gong beater. Peace&Love

Hello Ned Johnson, thanks a lot for your words. It is not possible to do that with every gong. For Example is a symphonic Gong not usefull for that handling (here is only one frequence possible). A tam tam Gong gong have a frequence-Spectrum and it is difficult to seperate the single frequences, but it is possible with some Technik-stuff and some good Mallets.

Danke Ich spiele den Gong immer live bei der Veranstaltung "Tasten in der Finsternis" im "Das KULT" in Braunschweig: facebook.com/events/291018694949098/ Die besondere Instrumentierung u.a. mit Gong, Gongtrommel und Klavier, hinterlässt Lieder, Atmosphären, ungewohnte Klänge und Geräusche, die in der Dunkelheit KOPFKINO erzeugen. Seit Sept. 2012 gibt es diese Veranstaltung im "Das KULT", die mit seiner seltenen Instrumentierung einzigartig in ganz Deutschland ist.

oh, danke für die "Blumen". Ich denke das geht an meinen musikalischen Ansatz beim Gong-spiel. Die meisten benutzten den Gong zumeist zu meditativen Zwecken, und das funktioniert nur LIve und eben nicht über KZbin bzw. über Aufnahmen.
