They are cool clowns! Maybe a ruby red as they stay small once the pods are built up. They can be jumpers so need a top first

so far i havent done anything special for them.. 2 out of the batch are not 100% but the rest seems to be doing well.

Try putting gonies on the bottom and in corners. They do well they're for whatever reason

Those little white crustaceans are a sign you are running wayyy too little light ....they will not reproduce in a well lit aquarium...get some more light on it imo
