I do not need to prove you wrong. Nobody is underrated, and everybody gets what they deserve. Observe life and you will know this to be true. Appreciate artistic people when you can. Quit trying to make sense of who is making bank and who is not. There is a reason for it... beyond your faculties.

The title “157 Riverside Avenue” (1971) refers to the Westport, Connecticut address where the rock band stayed while recording their debut album “REO* Speedwagon” (1971). TOUT SIMPLEMENT❕ 💙🎶💜 * “REO” stands for Ransom Eli Olds (1864 - 1950), the man who founded the REO Motor Car Company in 1904. “REO Speed Wagon” was the name of a light motor truck (the ancestor of the pickup truck) first introduced in 1915.

Here is something most people don't know. This song is off of their first album. It was written by all of the band members at the time before Kevin Cronin was in the band. Terry Luttrell was the lead singer. Most of, if not all of their best songs were written by Gary Richrath. When Kevin Joined he wanted to do mostly Balads and that is when I quit listening to them and it really pissed off Gary. Van Halen with DLR, Journey before SP etc.. Balads sold Albums because most of the kids buying records were female don't ask me why.
