Phantom calls? Juzeng was pushing off the entire gsme and never once was it called. In my opinion, they were underranked. No way should they have been an 11. I'd say a 5 or maybe even a 3. That Suggs block and pass sequence and last shot are his shining moments. Lets not forget about Mark few. He has developed a program by seeking players who are fearless, competitive, love to run the floor, and seeking the perfect pass. The instincts and actions of this team are a reflection on him and the program. I have been encouraging my son to watch this unique team exhibit how a team should play. None of this is possible without the guidance and encouragement of Mark few. In pressure moments, they didn't need time outs. They just played with the intelligence and freedom Mark has encouraged all season. Ucla was spectacular. Gonzaga's fundamentals and some heroics withstood the test of a nearly perfect game played against them. Baylor cannot play good and win. They will need to bring their A game. What an awesome ending to a horrible year of struggles. Lets enjoy Monday. I know nobody was thinking about covid or politics during this thriller. Just about a group of young men showing the determination and character that makes America special. I am so proud this morning to say I am a basketball maniac, a Gonzaga fan, and a very proud and happy American. I hope people in our country and around the world will set aside the recent polarization and tragic events to see what really makes America special. Only in America!

@RodgersXLVmvp3 жыл бұрын
In recent years you’re 100 percent right , that Nova Vs Unc game was amazing. Both these games up there with the best of them . As far as Craziest endings though , gotta be the Fab 5 with the infamous Timeout. Most classic was Christian Laetner vs Kentucky. My all time personal favorite tho , was back in 2006 or 2008 something like that , When Calipari was still at Memphis and had D Rose , where they were beating Kansas in the Championship late , but Kansas came back in the final minutes , and I’m pretty sure Mario Chalmers hit a Game Winner to win the title. And honorable mention, that rarely gets mentioned , Butler vs Duke ? Where they almost hit a half court shot to end the game , it was so close , if it went in , it would have been the greatest game ever , but just cause Butler didn’t win , doesn’t mean it wasn’t a hell of a championship . Those the main ones come to mind at the top of my head , I’m probably forgetting about several other ones

I saw the play from different screen angles. Johnny went to his left around Drew. In one frame you can see both Johnny's shoulders and the ball past Drew. Drew looked like he put his hand on Johnny's right shoulder and pushed off to make it look like he was pushed. Tough call for the refs.. What lost UCLA the game was Johnny Juzang last play in Regulation(Might have been the coach idea) tried to draw a foul for a easy 1, or 2 point win in regulation. He should have just pulled up with a small jumper instead. But, it still went down to last sec shot to win it. So, even making that big mistake didn't really hurt them in the long run.

While I can't, for the life of me, understand why anyone would care what a bunch of strangers do with a ball, this sort of thing is still exciting to see.

Did anyone bet the money line on this game?

Only greedy people bet the money line. I had UCLA plus 20 and a half and the over on the houston game. Gonzaga just had their scare and they grew up big time with this game. Baylor will have no chance of winning. I think it will be a blow out.

I think that Jesuit coaching brought on a serious miracle there....Incredible! All the way, Bulldogs!

I blame Steph Curry for normalizing 35 ft 3pt shots ... and I further that argument with KD and Damien Lillard
