Touring is rough on the voice. He prob couldn’t nail those hi notes that day. So he turned it over to the audience. Weird, yes. But the right call.

Clearly struggling with his voice at this gig. Letting the audience do every high note. Basically didn't perform here. Holds the note at the end of the secnod chorus in an attempt to give him more leeway with the crowd. It makes it feel like he isn't just bailing on the song.
