groundpound onto the lifesaver (when your at your highest) and double jump when you reach the top

You reach the last tower at the end of the level. To show that I would have to show the entire goo lagoon gameplay. I'll summarize what you need to do to get to the final towe: Go to the sand castle, from there you'll enter the sea caves and from there you'll enter lagoon pier and finally from there you can go to the island with the last tower. Hope this helps.
