I really love everything about these except the fact the microphone makes my voice sound like im pinching my nose 😅 Anyone eles had this problem is it something i can change in the settings? I have the quadcast usb microphone too & it sounds way better hoping its just something im missing in my settings

I'm getting cloud 3 wireless and I'm pretty exited to test how they compate to my cloud alphas. Atleast the ear cups won't be a problem for me as I have long hair that is between the cup and my skin and also in Finland it's really cold 9 months of the year so I wouldn't even so much. I also hope that the head band adjustement is better than in my old headset as it has become pretty lose on the left side probably because it's made out of metal. I will be exited to get a better mic because I accidentally got my pop filter in the vacuum and drank trough my mic so it is not too good rn.

I dont know how long you have been playing "fps" games like where footsteps and surrounding are important; it always better to use as much low bass as possible to get the exact feel of playing fps games. This headset was built to play mostly fps competitive, to be exact for sound clarity.

a lot of people missing the point of having a headset, headset is not meant for SQ, headset is for communication, so it should not be surprising its tuned for voice clarity

But I'm hearing Cloud 3 sounds worse than Cloud Alpha, Alpha S, Cloud 2. Why downgrade the drivers when you've improved on the mic? Same sound quality with a better mic alone would be a reason for many people to upgrade.

@@WutalFr34k actually winded up picking these up anyways. they sound perfectly fine, mics excellent and they're the most comfortable headset I've ever worn. There's a lot of stretch on the band too so I imagine it'll stay that way for anyone.

i got it yesterday,cloud 2 is amazing,i was thinking cloud 3 is better because it's new,but it's JUST SO BAD no bass,u can hear every time u touch the cable,it's not noise cancel like cloud 2,i kinda want to sell them and get cloud 2 again

I just got a pair of the wired ones as a gift and my mic won’t work? The mute button will turn red and such like normal but it won’t work. I looked in the sound settings and it’s not even being registered so I can’t press on it in the sounds settings. Someone help please

Can I just simply connect the Cloud 3 3.5mm jack to the 'built in soundcard' from the Cloud 2? Both connections are 3.5mm connectors right?

I bought the Cloud 3 two months ago. On paper, it is really great and all, but when I tried to play some games it was very messy and I couldn’t determine from which directions these sounds were coming from and it really misses the gameplay and makes you give bad call outs bc of that. It gave me a horrible gaming experience. Does anyone know how to fix this sound issue?

If you have DTS, Dolby, or Windows Surround turned on - turn it off. Disable all sound enhancements and and uninstall the software.

Does all HyperX Cloud 3 have crosstalk ? Because this is driving me crazy even when the mic is muted is still sending audio to the mic and others can hear what you are playing/hearing

I had that issue with the cloud alpha, plus i always created echo in party chats....they always heard my game sound. For me, the best hyperx is definetly the cloud 2. Nothing can beat it.

I bought them a few days ago and I use them for shooter games. Honestly I'm not that satisfied, for the price they should be better, and I've had a lot of low budget headphones with similar quality. I don't like that they turned off the loudness equalizatuin option in the enhancements. But I downloaded the Peace and APO software so I adjusted it a bit to how it should be... But paying €100 for headphones and downloading 3rd party software to adjust the sound is crazy....
