I actually dig the image of Gary with the "I'm Kind of A Big Deal" sign while having that derp expression and fidgeting with his fingernails, dispensing sagely and savvy business advice. Taken in a completely different context, it's pretty much what every other KZbinr portrays themselves to be. The image is more clever than it has any right to be, if Gary V was ever into satire and parody.

I started a lot at 49 - knowing my season of life was in prime and read Crush-It. So at 49 I started a blog and website and Biz Facebook page - and BOOM! It took off. Now at 54 and soon to be Double Nickels I am taking on more. KZbin is new for me and writing is easier to blog compared to doing video - but I am going for it as new leads for training and courses are in demand. Thank you Sir!

I have found that if I keep reinventing myself and following my passions (old passions and new ones) that it keeps me pumped! I do public speaking, write for a magazine run my businesses and my KZbin channel is my latest passion thanks in large part to you! Keep up the great work Gary! Gratitude!

The part about knowing your the best but also understanding that you're nothing and coming from those two sides is what has been fueling great artists for centuries. The ability to look at something and say, "I could do better" but also looking at your own work and say, "It's not there yet." is a combo that drives greatness. Gary is a great artist in the art of entrepreneurship.

tatertots00 I didn't really get that part, could you please explain!?

What Gary is saying is that Rappers were influenced by athletes(Miami football, Allen Iverson, Lebron James etc) athletes were influenced by rappers(Kanye, Biggie, 50 cent). Gary is THE entrepreneur thats going to influence both.

Great details on moving more quickly from idea, to creation, to market. A lot is said about moving faster and speed, but this I think put a little more context around it. From about 7:00 - 9:00. It puts together the "document, don't create" and "speed" theories. Helpful to connect some of those dots.

I loved the line about, 'It is and it isn't. I'm the best and I don't mean shit. I did it and I haven't even started. Once you learn how to pull from both sides, you're set.' Gary sounding like a new age Buddhist, or Taoist on that one. Can you please elaborate a little more on that tip G? I want to hear you go in to detail around this point. Love your work and your last few vids have made me feel really excited for what's brewing with Vayner!

Can you elaborate on the intern thing GV? Where were you going with "what happens after they stay a year here" as a 18 year old i've had the same thought "get an internship for a year and learn enough to do my own thing after"

Huge props to Tyler for getting it out there. The first is always the hardest. For constructive feedback: 1. The autofocus was slightly distracting 2. Black and white stills (jump cuts) were nice 3. The new low desk angle is different. But I dig. The new Hip Hop music have been very heavy the last 4. Although most like new hip hop it feels forced to your new ventures. I would stagger with the other normal music.
