WOW, this is a far cry from the "Hotel Rwanda" movie...How do we know Rwanda will stay safe and clean after Paul Kagwame? is no longer in power. We appreciate the emotional appeal but We also need specifics like the average cost of living, places to stay while visiting, and basic requirements like how we obtain a passport, is there minimum income requirements, whether are there different visa categories, are there any perks to attract the seniors market, if so what are they, are there any group or companies that are geared to welcome them, etc, etc. Thanks for the video though.

Jamaica has a murder rate of 1,400 every year (excluding miscellaneous). Isn't that murder rate worse than most civil wars? In addition, are there any indigenous inhabitants left in Jamaica? Wasn't that a genocide done by the British and Spaniards? Therefore, Rwanda had there genocide, courtesy of the Belgians, French, and others. Therefore, with good leadership, any country can turn itself around. President Kigame cannot solve Jamaica's problems. The Jamaican people need to, and they definitely don't want change. All they want is entertainment, drama, and who a sort out who.
