I get the hype with Ordinary’s niacinamide serum and did a lot of research about it and most of the reviews I read had the same exoerience as yours. Try adding the laneige sleeping mask after your laneige moisturizer it realky locks in moisture. A really good priduct to have especially during winter

Niacinamide can be used everyday both AM and PM. However, make sure to stop if you experience any irritation. In my case I only use it now at night

I got this info from healthline.com Pairing the two ingredients is safe and can make retinol easier to use. Niacinamide helps hydrate the skin, which reduces the risk of irritation caused by retinol. Niacinamide and retinol can be combined in one product or used as separate products. **I used to use Niacinamide & retinol together before & had no reaction. Just maybe start combining once a week them see how it goes😊

I think toners should be in your basic skin care as it prep the skin for the serums and creams applied after. If you skip it the serum might not penetrate on the skin more effectively.

You can use them together. Let the vitamin C completely dry first, prior to placing niacinamide. That way, the ascorbic acid has a chance to settle into the skin, and there's a smaller chance of combining the two actives
