You are absolutely right Courtney, social media can be so exhausting. I have not made a video in a very long time, it is so overwhelming for me to make videos and to try to keep up with all of my friend's videos as well. You are so right on, we need to exercise self care and self love so that we can continue to pass on the best version of ourselves to others. I love you so much.
