Every weekday morning - before the sun rises in Portland - MAX trains at Ruby Junction are prepped for the A.M. commute.

I just started with TriMet as a bus operator. Keep your driving and criminal record clean and stay away from the drugs if you want to work there. All MAX operators start as mini run bus operators like me so you'll need to do that for a year or two before you can apply for promotion to rail. Good luck!

There are two displays on the front of each train. one showing the line and the destination. but what does the number in the second display stand for?

It's their train number. #81 is the Green Line train service
