This is one of the best yoga routine I like to do in the morning. She walked you through the position very smoothly that you don't even need to look at the screen. Lovely...

wow this is an amazing morning flow. It feels like the flow was very studied beforehand because all the movements come naturally during the practice. Maybe it's not for first timers because probably you will not know all the names of the positions and then it becomes a bit difficult to follow. But I don't do yoga for long time and I was able to follow easily but still felt my body being challenged with each pose.

It's totally ok to do this practice if you are brand new! You don't have to know every name or even how to do every pose. The prize is in the process of learning. If something is new or out of range, keep working towards and observe the process. Yoga truly isn't about 'getting' every move, but being present with ourselves through the process. I am so glad that you tuned in :)

I practice yoga with Julia via Amazon Prime Video. She has a great set of yoga series for beginners. All clips are no longer than 30 minutes. I feel really great after completing one and doing so at least 3 times a week. Thank you, Julia for keeping my body in-line. It's really effective for someone who has a desk job.

yes i agree. i was happy to find a yoga instructor that speaks normally and does not try to have a soothing voice but this is just too fast.

Hi y'all! Thanks for your feedback. I have taught a wide range of yogis from beginners to advanced for all of my career. I also work regularly with people post injury and over the course of my career, honestly most people are capable of moving more quickly, with more stability, and possess more strength than they expect. When you are doing a morning practice, which is what this is designed to be, adding some speed into your movement encourages more energy for the entire day! Do what you can and work up to movements that seem out of range. Believe in yourself, and enjoy the journey. Peace!
