Thank you so much Kassandra. I really love your (yin) yoga videos. Its been a while since I did yoga because I have been struggeling with addiction and chronic pain thats truly disabling. Today I tried this class again after months of not doing any yoga. It felt incredible and I cried just from finally listening to my body again. Thank you for your amazing videos Kassandra. I promise I will follow along to your videos more often as they are truly healing. My affirmation for today was "I am stronger than my addiction and I am LOVED"

I normally shy away from yin yoga as it’s not my preferred form of movement but today, on a gloomy rainy sad day as I’m heartbroken and couldn’t get up to do my usual flexibility flow yoga, I gave this video a chance and it was restorative calming and helped me feel like I’m being kind and gentle to myself. Thank you 💛

Kassandra, I would so love if you did a 30 day yin yoga offering. Yin is helping me so much with hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms. It would be amazing to have 30 days of guides classes around this 15-20 min length. Your Yin classes are the best!

This was EXACTLY what I needed today. The affirmation card that you picked at random was precisely what I needed to hear. I have had a horrible cold for over a week, plus ongoing sacroiliac joint pain, and some family and work stress. I woke up feeling mentally and physically unwell. I knew that if I could just drag myself to my mat and do one of your practices, I would feel much better for it. And I do. I am so fortunate and blessed that my natural state is wellness; there are so many who are not lucky enough to be able to say this. Thanks SO much for reminding me, Kassandra. I am very grateful for you and your channel.

This was awesome, Kassandra! I was a bit distracted in the beginning with an “issue/annoyance” I’m experiencing, but by the end of practice, I had let go so much, child’s pose I experienced a powerful release and opening of my heart, it became an opportunity for a most fervent prayer...to HEAL us all, those suffering, our planet... At the moment, this is my favorite morning practice. I'm not able to do all those fancy yoga moves in the morning, I need something calm to slowly wake up my body and prepare it for the day. Thank you for putting in the work and effort to come up with new flows on a regular basis. Namaste

Today is my first morning of practice. I've wanted to commit to yoga for a long time but still felt pressure from the various forms I'd tried. The KZbin channel The Elegant Life refers people here for feminine movement, and it's exactly what I needed just now. I cried when you shared the 3 tenets of yin yoga because it's such a metaphor for the inner work I'm doing. I am establishing a morning practice this week for the 7 days before I go to another country for the summer where I'll be doing deep work relationally and I know I'll need the practice to keep me grounded and feeling secure. Thank you Kassandra for offering your life to support others. I look forward to growing with you and everyone else here. 💞

Love your classes ❤️ they have been such a help to me. I have severe stenosis in my L3 and L4 vertebrae and was finding it difficult to walk or stand. Since taking your classes every morning I have been able to continue through my days in comfort. Thank you.

My word today is "satisfaction." I go back to work tomorrow after a two-week staycation. The end of time off always feels sad and disappointing, but I'm keeping in mind that I had a lovely, restful, adventurous break. I am satisfied and ready to get back to my routine.

I love this yin sequence. I had prepared my intention before the session so as not to feel put on the spot . I like that you left the suggestion till the end though and gave us the option to use the affirmation. I’m Aspie so like to either be prepared or be left to intuit my own word from the sequence without being asked to do it it while I’m focusing single mindedly on each pose. Thank you for your wonderful teaching.

I have tried yoga couple of times in my life, but it never became a habit, however all tension goes in my upper body causing lot of pain. Then I have found your videos which I am following for 2 years now. Since then I feel much better in my body, moreover I understand it more clearly. I am very thankful for this journey. You motivated me to start to learn about yoga more deeply so I can help to others as you helped me 🙏

Oh thank you, and Deer Pose was precisely what I needed waking with such tight hips, how did you know? You always seem to have such timely practices for me. And your queues are always when I need them as well. No other yoga teacher I’ve practiced with is as intuitive as you Kassandra as to when to point out a particular body part to relax as I hold a pose. Love your vlogs and practicing with you!💁‍♀️👏👏

Usually I tend to steer away from yin yoga because I know it is difficult for me and I struggle staying still. This practice came at just the right time tho because I needed to stretch and also relax! Thank you!

After taking 10-hour train/bus ride yesterday, this was the perfect refresher I needed. I really appreciated hearing "nothing to prove, and not much to gain." Even as I was doing this alone, I could feel that I was trying to prove to myself that I could be as flexible as I used to be, and your words were just what I needed to hear to just focus on my body right now.
