Yeah, it doesn't even make sense to put such resources into an animation that doesn't even progress the story of the character, but only expands a little on what we already knew, if this isn't going to pay back in the future - from a financial perspective. Realistically, it could be that they're just using him to keep the playerbase on the edge of their seats so they wouldn't leave the game immediatelly, but I prefer to be a little more optimistic and see it as a sign of his possible playability.

The leakers said maybe he is playable. No 100% confirmation. Its good if hes going to be playable but not hoping to much. Im contented with what he did for the story. I respect his sacrifice and legacy.
