My freezer is full of these. It's just me since I lost my husband and I hate cooking tiny meals. I make meatloaf, chicken pot pies and lots of veggies. Then I can have meals with veggies every day instead of so many leftovers for days after cooking. I love them.

My cat, Emily Anne, is about 10 years old, I have had her since she was a tiny kitten. Every time I open a tub of yogurt, she knows she will get a teaspoon of it, she knows the difference between a cottage cheese or sour cream container. I love my cat. This is a very good video, TV dinners would be fabulous to have in the freezer.

In our church after a funeral we usually have a dinner for the family and friends of the deceased. At that dinner we make this potato casserole, hence the name Funeral Potatoes. Funny thing is you give everyone that has volunteered to make them the same recipe, but they always turn out different.

Amazon actually sells the TV dinner trays in the aluminum which you could put right in your oven from the freezer and then just wash them to reuse. You could actually just take a small piece of aluminum foil and line them filling the little pockets and that way when you're done using them you just pull out the top piece of foil and toss it and you're ready for reuse.

I've just recently found your channel, and I have kinda been binge-watching ever since! I love you! You are so real, and that is so refreshing. Like you, I LOVE to feed my kids, although don't do it quited as much, anymore. My daughter lives in another state, and my son is married, and he and his wife share the cooking, somewhat. That doesn't stop me from "accidentaly" making extra sometimes, though. He is always glad to have it. Anyway, I just love how real you are, and could see you being my friend. And I love love LOVE when I see you scraping every little bit out of the bowl! Haha Drives me crazy when I see others cooking, and they leave so much in there! Anyway, didn't mean to write a book, lol, just wanted you to know how much I'm enjoying your videos.

Just reached the "I've had it" with fast food. I went to sonic last night with my brother. $20 for two burgers, fries and drinks. The burgers were cold, the fries tasted like they'd been sitting all day. That's it. We're making our own tv or fast dinners from now on, including lasagna and WM's stacked burrito. I make a point of buying the microwave/freezer containers from DG. Before freezing, I'll put a layer of cling wrap over the food. Before heating, remove the wrap. I love that huge mixing bowl.

It breaks my heart to hear your kitty meowing because she’s hungry and not getting anything to eat. I did enjoy watching your TV dinner assembly and what containers you used. My Mom and I used to wash and reuse the old aluminum foil pans 50 plus years ago around Thanksgiving and Christmas and made TV dinners with the leftovers. We stopped doing that when we found out that the foil pans could develop bacteria in the crevices. Considering the price of prepackaged meals these days , it’s a good idea to make freezer meals at home. Your rice looked particularly luscious, I hope you will make that sometime.

The chicken with cranberry sauce would be my choice, especially if you put a few slices of jalapeno peppers in with it! I made a cranberry/jalapeno jam, using whole berry cranberry sauce, 100% cranberry juice, and slices of jalapeno peppers, I bought by mistake, when I was wanting banana peppers. I blended the cranberry sauce and peppers, just 4-5 slices, in my blender, until smooth, and made jam with it and cranberry juice. It's DELIVIOUS on cream cheese with green onion and chive, on crackers!!
