As mentioned this show and in particular this episode is a parody of the 1976 horror film "The Omen" but many may not remember that that film featured the Second Doctor Patrick Troughton in a fairly major role as the Priest Father Brennan.

I dont think I've ever seen a Ribena ad since they don't sell it here but I think I might have been thinking of "Monty Python flying circus" intro or the "you can't do that on television" intro
