Когда зеленую гадость - внутренности краба, в коробочку упаковал,а потом и в вок с рисом добавил, было бррр - совсем не аппетитно. Да, еще и панцирь краба с остатками этой гадости, а туда рис накладывают.

My mind was opened to so many new things just watching this one video. The fact they have the means to can their own coffee in-house is so cool to me. Also...I was not expecting the green brain juice to be included in the meal. If someone reads this and knows what that is I would love to know what it is and why they're using it. (Also amazing how little is wasted; basically all of the crab and lobster is included - even the shells are used for the rice).

the green stuff is called crab mustard, and it is actually crab poop, very gross but some eat it LOL

The Green stuff is called Tomalley. Its basically the remnants of the juices from the body of the crab along with Liver and Pancreas. It is considered a delicacy and has been likened to a very intense crab taste. Its perfectly safe to eat when eaten in moderation due to it sometimes containing high levels of PCB's which can cause some negative health effects when eaten in high quantities. Hope that helps!

@@michaelleserpent3233 hija, así se devén de cocinar. Los mariscos son muy delicados. Te lo comento porque soy cocinero de profesión, y si no se hierve viva una langosta, se pierde su sabor. También empieza a correr el reloj porque se deben de consumir lo más fresco posible. Créeme, si hubiera otra manera, se haría, pero como no la hay, así se tiene que hacer.
