GOOD TO BE BACK! Winter Delayed Harvest Fly Fishing in North Carolina

So good to finally be back on the river after surgery! Man have I missed it! Today I leave physical therapy and head up into Western North Carolina for some delayed harvest fly fishing. Thanks for tagging along!

Agreed with Fishing Lido 100%. Really enjoy your videos but as a fellow NC guy I’d appreciate some basic info on flies/tactics used and general insight on your approach. Understand location info is a no-no but any other practicals you can share would take your videos to next level. Thanks for the content!

Thanks for the feedback. I can appreciate that and will try to add more tidbits of info in future videos. Ironically, I actually filmed a brief segment where I briefly discussed my gear and a couple of flies while I was shooting this video, but due to the crazy wind (and the fact that I left my external mic in the truck on accident), the audio ended up being terrible so I was unable to use it. The video would have been more complete had I been able to use it. Thanks again for the feedback and for taking time to watch! Always looking to get better!

It would really be more useful to anglers if you included at lease a little practical information. You did not share anything; not the spot, the fly, the technique. The first cast wasn't made until 4:11 seconds into the video. Personally, I really don't need to watch video of the truck going down the road, gearing up (unless you detail what you are using). Your production quality is excellent, just add in some practical info that will help guys catch a few fish and I think your channel will grow much faster!

Ironically, I actually had a clip that I shot for this video where I broke down my gear a bit (briefly) and discussed how I was going to approach the stream.
