When I started hearing your biblical series about Genesis about six years ago I was an atheist with strong nihilistic leanings. Today, when I hear your work on Exodus, I'm a believer, I study theology at the university with the aim of becoming a priest, I'm married, I go to church, I have a child that I love deeply; I try, and at moments I'm even able to try as hard as I'm able to. Atheists are individuals that are mad at the world and choose to not believe in God because of the evil and darkness that pervades reality - they hate themselves in the midst of it. It’s an emotional argument. I hope time has made you realize it. Out of all the animals on this planet, the human is the most rational animal on the planet relative to other animals, and how could the most intelligent animal not believe in God IF WE ARE THE ONLY ANIMAL CAPABLE OF STUDYING AND ANALYZING THE MECHANISMS AND FUNCTIONS OF GOD! Colossians 2:8 warns against being spoiled by philosophy and vain deceit, following human tradition and the rudiments of the world, and not following Christ.123 The word "philosophy" means "love of wisdom," and every philosophy is essentially a humanistic devotion to man's wisdom for its own sake.0 However, such wisdom is false wisdom and derives in type from "the tree of knowledge," through the "vain deceit" of Satan, who tries to persuade us that partaking of it would "make one wise" and that "your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods."

Place my soul was in was terrifying, imagine a bomb suddenly went of by your feet, the shock and fear you would feel and then imagine that fear lasting constantly for 3 days and nights. My iq, highest education and love for learning were not enough, it took me hell and certain death experience to learn. Now, to anyone who would listen and its getting more people, i try to tell. Often some people roll their eyes when i speak, but if i can help just one person just a little, im happy and allways praising God.

@@bumman117 thank you, it means a lot, it heals to be understood. I knew holy bible since I was five, I knew the words at least. I feared God, which is the begining of wisdom, so I kept commandments. But in time, fear was surpassed by intellect and education. I made my own rules, successfully creating impregnable logical structures as truth, with the postmodern idea that even if there is truth, I sure can't know it and others can't either. They can only make better arguments, but rarely they could because God blessed me with linguistic, verbal and abstraction IQ. So, adultery was not a sin anymore, that led in to lying, substance and alcohol abuse, all the while I was demonicly successful at my job(trial lawyer mainly). Before that, I was competing in sport, looking back I realize that in 8 years I never got back home without a medal. I was making more money than I knew how to spend. So you can see that stage was set for disaster. People were often asking me how do you do it? What's your secret? And I couldn't tell. But now I can, I had help. I heard that voice for so long I started to believe it was me. He came to me the second I landed at JFK NYC, at 23 years old. Before that I was just a guy, law student nothing special. First thing he did was sending women to me, telling me how to seduce them and that there is nothing wrong with being promiscuous, every guy would do it had he had the opportunity....I believed it, after all I have heard so many guy stories about their "prowess" with women, why would I doubt it? But its a lie, and the price you pay is a whole set of pathological changes, once there very hard to fix. Almost every day some woman asked me out that night, I was able to have sex any time or place I wanted. When women see that, they become even more attracted to you and it keeps reinforcing that viscious circle. I'll keep writing more, need to attend something..

The fact that this video exists for free makes my eyes water a little bit. Add to it that, as now, it has over 2 million views, meaning that millions of people value the same thing in this as I do. You mean modern priests and scribes. They are reinterpreting the Bible for the deceived. 2 Peter 1:20-21 King James Version 20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. 21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. Tyndale spoke his famous words, “I defy the Pope and all his laws. . . . If God spare my life ere many years, I will cause a boy that driveth the plow, shall know more of the Scripture than thou dost.” John 10:27-28 King James Version 27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: 28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. I have not heard His voice from them yet, but I'll keep listening.

So excited for these. Jordan played a significant role in my own spiritual journey which culminated in me and my family becoming baptised Orthodox Christians. He may be outright heretical at times 😂 but hes leading an entire generation of young men back to our beautiful tradition that has been mostly discarded. Its clear to see that the future for the west is either a return to real, traditional Christianity or giving ourselves up to Islam or political ideologies. Thank you Jordan, and I hope one day you can take the leap and become Orthodox ☦️

@naikhanomtom7552 Yeah, I've watched tons of Dyer. I'm investigating Orthodoxy. But I don't think Essence/Energies Distinction is ultimately tenable or reconcilable with an immutable God. The idea that God's Energies can be uncreated but have a beginning doesn't seem coherent. The idea that God's Energies are also His essence makes more sense to me. Dyer's objections haven't convinced me yet but he is extremely intelligent, extremely well educated and a very impressive man overall. I understand his objections with the modern Catholic hierarchy and papacy as well, as a traditional catholic I can agree with a lot of what he says. But thus far, bad popes and corrupt hierarchies have never contradicted church teachings and have always been corrected with time. I would also respectfully recommend that you look into some Catholic objections of Palamism and Orthodox ecclesiology. Overall I think we're separated brethren in Christ. But, in order to reunite, Palamism and other errors will have to be reconciled with Catholic theology. God bless, brother. ✝️

0:09: 📚 Dr. Peterson and a group of scholars discuss the significance of the book of Exodus and its relevance to Western culture. 14:24: 📚 The text explores the oppression of the Israelites in Egypt and the corrupting nature of power. 26:59: 💡 The fear of God is seen as the root of freedom and wisdom, and it is contrasted with the fear of humans. 39:22: ✝ The biblical narrative emphasizes the importance of having a vision of goodness and the inspiring quality of art in shaping this vision. 52:09: 👶 The story of Moses' birth and adoption by Pharaoh's daughter highlights the power of feminine compassion and the struggle between cultural and divine identities. 1:03:34: 🔑 The text explores the themes of morality, universalism, and sacrifice in the story of Moses. 1:19:03: 💡 God hears the cries of the unjustly enslaved and remembers his covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. 1:26:39: 🙏 The cry of the Jews triggers God's intervention and Moses becomes a figure who transcends cultural boundaries. 1:38:18: 🔥 The burning bush is a symbol of God's presence in the world, manifesting Himself to Moses without consuming the bush. 1:50:16: 📚 The text explores the importance of accepting vulnerability and the role of rituals in facing the challenges of life and death. 2:02:30: ✨ The importance of striving to reach one's full potential and the role of challenges in personal growth and the manifestation of one's true self. 2:15:09: 🙏 The speaker reflects on the importance of humility and the value of embracing one's own ignorance in order to open up to new knowledge and revelation. He’s like the umpire that allowed the Old Testament to gain forgiveness and lets Us talk and pray to God. The Old Testament people were methodical and required them to only speak to God through a Priest. It also Required daily animal and grain sacrifice…..that’s why Jesus had so much love for both the Jewish and the Gentiles(or Greeks)…I am thankful that God reveals His Word at the time that I need it…Hide God’s Word in your memory (in the case that the Word is banned, you will need it….

I really am appreciating the candor of Prager. Having a Jewish Bible scholar understanding the root of the language is fascinating. Great seeing Jew, Christian, and artist/mystic discussing Spiritual matters. I’m riveted. Glad that I’m a salesman with an abundance of windshield time on the road to digest this content.

Riveted - that’s such an appropriate word when describing how I was while listening. Also agree on Dennis Prager - one of my most favorite people to listen to and learn from. His discussions with Eric Metaxas are pointed, often humorous, but that cause me to pause and consider, especially when hearing Prager’s Jewish historical perspective. But back to this panel discussion - wow - Thoughtful, humble, using their God-given intellect to seek Him more deeply and reflect more honestly on ourselves and our walk, our existence with God.

This is all a sham. This is taking place in Africa but these people want you to believe the people involved are white. There were no white Pharaohs or white Hebrews. I have been a relatively liberal Democrat all of my life, and I am so extremely grateful for men like Dennis Prager and Jordan Peterson for helping me widen my perceptions of the world. The world is so much richer and deeper than I ever knew. Truly, liberals and conservatives would realize that we have so much more in common if we would only listen sincerely to one another! And as Dr. Peterson says, speak truth, as opposed to prescribed cultural narrative. What I've learned these past few years is that speaking truth requires discovering it for yourself in the first place, which is a deep and introverted task that is not for the lazy or the coward!

When He (Christ), who the OT people where purposed for, finally came into the world, the OT people denied, betrayed, abused and killed Him. They committed the greatest sin that man has ever committed (Theocide). Having broken Covenant with Divine purpose, hear what Christ said to the Jews Matt 23:38 "See, your house is left to you desolate" Those who killed to Son, do not have the Father ! JOHN 15:23 23Whoever hates Me hates My Father as well. 24If I had not done among them the works that no one else did, they would not be guilty of sin; but now they have seen and hated both Me and My Father.

I’m a 26 years old Iraqi clinical pharmacist. My name is Serraa Khaphají. And this is a message to Dr. Peterson. I’ve been a student of your teachings since 2017, and I cannot help but agree with the majority of what you teach, share, voice, and believe. The reason that got me to comment today is this: I’ve overheard my parents watching an Iraqi interview between a tv show host and an activist, discussing the concept of the ‘social gender’, and the conspicuous opinion -now- that gender includes the social, psychological, cultural and behavioral aspects of both biological genders and ‘supposedly’ other gender-identity. This ideology is being openly discussed here in Iraq, on the political front, but not yet socially. We Iraqis have the not-so-intellectual attitude to care about ‘trend’ a little bit more than necessary, and to be entirely honest, I am terrified. Iraq has been the closest thing to the host of multi-angled totalitarian despotism ever since 1978, or maybe before that. Politically, religiously, and socially, Iraq has been abused far more than what’s imaginable, and it is not getting any better, not with this. Why? Is the Left absolutely scared of their ‘theory’ falling out of proportion to the point they have to push it to another country to support it? Why this? People here have been confused as it is about raising their children since the 80s, and I know it never looked like it was getting any better (at least across my personal lifespan), but this? This where our politics still doesn’t accept homosexuality? I always agree with your notion about specifying a place to stay the hell away from, I never thought though, that this place would be my country, not to this extent. I hope this gets discussed by intellects like you, who search and seek the truth, and I hope you see this, because truly, never have I felt before to this degree, that things are spilling uncontrollably out of hands. Thank you…

We must stay strong away from this people as the Bible teaches" *2 Timothy 3:1-5* Difficult Times Ahead 1 But know this: Hard times will come in the last days. 2 For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, proud, demeaning, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, 3 unloving, irreconcilable, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, without love for what is good, 4 traitors, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5 holding to the form of godliness but denying its power. Avoid these people. AND *2 Timothy 3:14-17* 14 But as for you, continue in what you have learned and firmly believed. You know those who taught you, 15 and you know that from infancy you have known the sacred Scriptures, which are able to give you wisdom for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. 16 All Scripture is inspired by God[a] and is profitable for teaching, for rebuking, for correcting, for training in righteousness, 17 so that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.

UNDERSTAND THIS: RIGHT NOW is just as important as ANY moment in history! History is valuable in its entirety and also helps us learn! So in certain past moments some individuals may not have known they would make the history books based on their single or multiple current decisions! YOU COULD MAKE ONE OF THOSE VERY DECISIONS ANY DAY NOW and have no clue it could be what led to historic events! So in the end I will say this: CHOOSE YOUR ACTIONS WISLEY FOREVER!!!

It truly is life changing book with sensational transformative power within. Churches do Bible Studies all the time. Look for a Lutheran Church (Missouri Synod), they regularly have multiple groups meeting to discuss a variety of books of the Bible basically all the time. You're not going to see quite the same level of intellectual firepower on display here, but LCMS very reliably has a collection of bright people (college educated, sometimes with advanced degrees) attending most studies.

You believe in tithing time to God? And that this is you doing God a favor? I don't understand that. God is never too busy for us. Jesus was not too busy to die a terrible death for us... it's frustrating that so many of us only give our leftover time to God. Just food for thought. I do not know a place in Scripture where God asks for a tenth of our day. I'm not doing God any favors by praying or in Bible study. He is doing something wonderful for me.

@pdestefano Because the Self proclaimed God of the Old testament is only sated with blood, child sacrifice, and murder. Yeshua came to the earth to redeem us from this false "God of this World". This "God" even lies and murders his own prophet Moshe. He lied to Adam and Eve in the Garden... Heck... He even proclaims to Yeshua in the new testament that he controls all the kingdoms of the earth and tempts Yeshua with them as a gift for submitting to him. MATTHEW 4:8-9 The Great Deception is that the world will lift up a false God in the 3rd Jewish Temple, believing that it is the one true God. Yahweh even proclaims himself as The Beast of Revelation in Hosea 13 7-8 The Lion, The Leopard and The Bear. These people know not what they do. They think they serve the one true God and have no idea how decieved they are. This is why Yeshua will tell them "I never knew you". Intention. Motivation. Purpose. Faith. Hope. Love. You will know the one true God by these. He is not a genocidal maniac. Only good things come from the Father. The Father is love and peace. The self proclaimed imposter God, The Deciever, The Usurper, The Father of All Lies, is not The Father in Heaven, but the Father of this World. Yeshua will restore us to eternal life. That which was taken from us by the "Murderer from the beginning". He who has ears to hear, let him hear. He who eyes to see, let them see. The truth is right in the text. You don't need any special person to translate it for you. The God of the Jews is The God of this World, just as is written plainly in the text.

There’s something unique about a woman’s suffering. As I suffered through the first trimester of my last pregnancy, a poem came to me that I find fitting with this discussion: The Well Within Us The tears of God trickle to the basement of my soul Seeping through the cracks of my foundation I search for a towel to soak up the pain But there is no towel in sight Underneath my frustration, I hear the wind whisper As I turn to the sound, I see a pail along the path But the bucket is heavy and hard to move With each day, I try to inch the pail a bit closer to the pain Some days, I’m exhausted, tired, and unable to move it at all But at my lowest point, I manage to muster one last pull and the pail is placed just right The collection of water is caught and begins to rise in my bucket As I drink from the pail, His tears nourish the labor of my soul
