My bike is a shovelhead 1970 and it vibrates too. But at my age it helps with my arthritis....😮😊😀

Shovels are the best looking motors ever made; nice tickover sound, too. Does yours have the dry clutch?

@ImminghamIronhead Well originally it had a wet clutch. Now it still does but I don't route the oil from the motor to the primary anymore I isolated like a modern Harley. That way any of the clutch contaminants don't get drug through the motor. And I think the filter is after the oil has been pumped it goes from the tank to the motor and then to the filter and then back to the tank if I remember. So I just put about 5 oz in the primary it is the original clutches. So in essence they are wet but they're not bathed or at least there's less in the primary now that it's isolated rather than getting a stream from the motor pump and then drawn back to the pump and then to the tank. 🏍️👍🏼

@@MoeLarrycurly1 It's similar on mine; the primary and gearbox share about 700ml (30 oz?) of 20W/50. The oil tank just goes to the engine and back, so it's semi-unit rather than full unit like my old Hondas.

eBay and Hogparts seem to have everything between them. If you're in the UK, I got the barrels rebored at Matt's Machine Shop in Abercynon.
