Great pickups! Interesting that you sold more than you bought this year; I might be in the same boat. Sold just over a hundred records and bought... actually I'll check... whoops, picked up around 20 more than I sold. It's funny, I have a good chunk of money in my PayPal account from selling, but also struggle to find the records I want at a price I'm willing to pay. First-world problems! 🤣 Cheers, Tom

Hello James. I have to dig into that Michael Gregory Jackson, I know it's in the ole w/l and still pretty attainable I think. Roy Brooks I hope to come across in the shops here since Muse LPs tend to turn up. A tough one. Want to check out the Jorge Reyes. I had Ek-Tunkul but decided to sell it, didn't quite resonate with me but cool. And dang...the Algarnas Tradgard, would love that beauty. Have the lovely reissue and a Top 100 psych LP for me. Thank you, James, for sharing your purchases of 2022. I hadn't bought that much this year either, outside of trades 😳! Records are VERY expensive 😳, so I haven't been buying much new vinyl ( only a handful!) I always drop everything to watch your videos, your one of the Old School channels I've subscribed to for a long time, you always have a viewer in me...! Found Clarity at Noble this year. Great LP. The Free Slave is the best live jazz album I have ever heard. A heck of a top ten here Buttery. Cheers.

there's loads of NEW music out there worth exploring too-----i also buy records from the past, but it's a little depressing and boring to stay ONLY in the past. the future's classic music is being made TODAY! bought a lot of records in 2022, 50% older and 50% brand new. It's been an awesome year for music! Went down a Dean Blunt wormhole recently that has occupied my time. what an artist.

Indeed - these videos aren't really a real reflection of my listening habits or even tastes, most of my listening is done online via streaming services with lots of new music in there. Indeed, love Dean Blunt, was so great to see Black Metal 2 come out last year!
