Here started the Kagura➡️Erza↔️Jellal triangle... But the one-sided Freed➡️Laxus started when Raijin Tribe was found lmao. Ps. In anime, Laxus never had shown interest to anyone. But in manga, he had multiple interactions with Mira making them shipped by fans.

Jamie, this is some of my opinion that i read when this episode's airied back then... 1. That Golden Field scene is so emotional, yes we knew Future Lucy and every Fairytail's member is dead and that scene is tells us Lucy is happy "adventuring in afterlife" with everyone she love... 2. The logic behind Ultear's Toki no Arc - Last Ages... Every 1 Second means 1 year her lifetime... so 60 second means 60 year lifetime... She was between 26 - 30 before, so now she is 86 - 90 year old after that...

The Fairy Tail universe's idea of an afterlife is so goddamn wholesome. A beautiful field of golden grass where all your lost friends are waiting to greet you. It's not an ending but rather just the beginning of the next big adventure. It's bittersweet, yet full of hope.

Their was another time we saw Natsu's personal version of Heaven that place was nice. Although as far as we know the true afterlife may be nothing like. If anything theirs a chance that wasn't future Lucy going into the afterlife because technically they did stop her from existing. Still really wholesome though.

I think Lucy did lose her right arm. That scene where they showed Natsu fighting the dragons was to show that the future had changed that's why they did a close up of her hand like that. Great arc. The future Lucy afterlife scene and Ultear scene makes me teary eyed everytime. Great video

After the Tenroujima arc, Ultear and Gray had become "Siblings" in a way. For Gray saving Ultear from eaten by anger and hatred. And that Gray is like an adopted son of Ul. And it's so sad that Gray lost his Mother and Sister figure thinking it's his fault why they sacrificed even tho it's to save not just him but other people too.

I loved the ending. The right music ost, the appropriate amount of feels while still delivering all I could want in a sacrifice while not being too bitter, closed out nicely imo. Preferred Newton Pittman's crying as Gray but this was still good. Gray is my favorite character, so it makes me happy when things happen with him in the story. Great reaction!

According to mythology, Tartaros is the prison that captures and keeps watch over all bad creatures, making sure they don't wreak havoc on the world. It mostly houses demons and titans that were deemed too chaotic to be allowed loose into the world. "Tartaros" in Fairy Tail is referred to as the Underworld, which in mythology is the location of the demon prison. So Fairy Tail references it but the Tartaros in Fairy Tail and the Tartaros from mythology are pretty much completely different other than that.

I actually love the next arc. I know it's a filler but it doesn't feel out of place, it actually feels like a genuine arc. Also, I hella cried at the end of that arc, my heart breaks for the character that the arc is centered around. I think about it all the time.

The next arc (Sun Village arc) is canon because it is also in the manga. It's a short arc meant as filler between two gigantic arcs, but it's not completely filler type since it serves as an introduction to the next arc. But you wouldn't miss out much if you skipped it. The big arc after that is Tartaros arc, which almost every FT fan agree it's the best in the entire series. Since you are a fan of Laxus, good news for you because the anime gives him a more prominent role than the manga version of the arc. So more Laxus time for you to drool over!
