Thank you for documenting the crew, and even just some general shots of the inside of the track. Things like that often get overlooked and then someday everyone wishes it had been done in hindsight. . . So many great memories here with my family, it is truly heartbreaking to see it close. Still hoping for some type of miracle, but otherwise at least we all have our cherished memories . . .

Great send off here sir. I 1st attended Freehold in 1974, which was the original building pre-fire. Used to be a big deal heading down there where 9/33 meet. I also attended during the tent era (iron lung/smoke filled). My last trip there was ages ago (since moved away) & it was memorable as a guy walked out of the winner's circle & dropped dead right on the track apron. Big dude. Hit the pavement hard I don't think he knew what hit him. My best recollection was when Jack E Lee was calling Freehold. Great calls for a great era. TY again for this send off. I hope you & your family will be OK moving forward.

Thank you so much for sharing your memories. Its been quite a time adjusting but everyone could see the track was on its way out for a while now. Was so glad to be a part of it and thank you so much.

Such a nice tribute to Freehold Raceway. Also, you lend deep insights to your history and the inner story, and cast of characters, that the layperson would never otherwise be exposed to. You've brought it to such an intimate, personal level. You've made us all part of the Freehold family, thank you!
