I spent two years living in Kuwait City and we traveled to Abu Dhabi several times. Standing in the courtyard for the sunset call to prayer at the Sheikh Zayed Mosque is something that everyone should experience. I’m jealous of your business class travels mate! We’re always in coach with the kids 😂

Oh No! Kym has lost ANOTHER item of equipment at an airport? And found it again, or had it returned 👍. Does that make 3? Or is it 4 now, this season? Sooo easily done though - in the stressful environment that is a huge, modern airport. 🙄 There is a saying in the part of England I come from: “Good job me head is fixed to my shoulders, or I’d lose that too?”😉 Applied to myself numerous times. 🙄 Very nearly lost my wife one time at Gatwick. 😂. Nearing the end of a trip is always tiring because you start thinking about the final flight. This is going to be a crazy final race. I always said, since Silverstone Max snapped. Using an A380 on a short flight is probably a retraining run for for the crew. Short flights mean more landing/takeoff and more boarding/deplaning cycles so more learning opportunities.

Kym, yes you are correct. The Shaikh Zayed Masjid (Mosque) in Abu Dhabi, is spectacular at night. Having been there plenty of times, clothing is provided for women that need to cover up. Men need to be appropriately dressed (eg covering thier chest and also not wearing shorts) Besides that, enjoy the stunning architecture and don’t walk on the hot surface!
